we’ll meet for an 1hr-long flow, focusing on chandra namaskar (moon salutations) and deep, restorative stretches in the body. sink into stillness with a sound-bath savasana.
not only will your body be nourished in practice but your spiritual side, too. all participants will receive a customized tarot reading — both digital and printed — to call in affirmations and blessings for the next lunar cycle.
